Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Alzheimerâ??s disease as per DSM-IV criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any anatomical deformities will be excluded. 2.Patient Ayogya for Nasya karma.

MeasureTime frame
The study is anticipated to generate usefulness in improving quality of life of Alzheimerâ??s disease patients. The study would also generate evidence regarding difference in efficacy of Saraswata Ghrita administered through different routesTimepoint: Assesssment at 0 days, 30 days , 60 days and 90 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary: The results will help in estimating the possible mode of efficacy of the trial drug by nasya and oral route as well as generate evidences regarding its usefulness in AD.Timepoint: Duration of trial is 12 weeks and the patients will be followed up every 15th day, for a period of 12 weeks after that follow up will be done after one month of completion of trial to see the recurrence or any type of changes associated with Alzheimerâ??s disease.Assesssment at 0 days, 30 days , 60 days and 90 days.
