Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. ASA I and II patients b. Patients with pituitary or sellar masses for which the surgery is indicated c. Either Gender d.Age 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Unwilling or unable to give consent b.Decreased levels of conciousnes, raised intracranial pressure c.Recurrent pituitary tumour or pituitary apoplexy d.Patients with cardiac pathology or severe hypertension e.Previous nasal surgery f.History of allergy to drugs used g.Patients with body weight , 40 kg
