Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the symptoms of Dadru- itching change in colour erythmatous papulovesicular lesion Subjects who are willing to involve in the study and give informed consent in written subjects having positive Microscopic examination of skin scrapping in KOH solution for fungal study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any underlying uncontrolled medical illness including diabetes mellitus hypertension liver disorder history of chronic alcoholism hepatitis severe cardiovascular and pulmonary disorder (where steroid treatment is required) cerebral neurological disease psychiatric diseases Subjects currently recieving drugs like B- blockers, antimalarials and NSAIDs or using corticosteroids and anti-inflammatory medicines until 15 days before inclusion into the study Subjects with history of cancer including skin cancer Skin disorders other than Dadru will be excluded Pregnant female Patients having diarrhoea bleeding piles
