Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with non specific neck pain (not diagnosed with any pathological conditions like malignancy, neurological disease, fracture, herniated disc and systemic rheumatic disease)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Upper limb radiculopathy Recent trauma diagnosed case with respiratory disorders history of smoking Neurological symptoms Contraindicated to TENS and HMP
