Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed NMIBC Transitional cell carcinoma Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical stage T2, non-urothelial histology Active urinary tract infection, MMC allergy Uncontrolled significant medical or psychiatric disease Concomitant other malignancy Known vesico ureteral reflux.
