Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-60 years 2. Both gender 3. Diagnosed cases of RA according to 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria (Score of >=6/10) 4. Patients who will give consent and able to do follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 and above 60 years 2. Patients suffering from systemic illness like Hypertension, DM, Malignancy, Liver or Kidney dysfunction 3. Patients suffering from Multiple joints pain other than RA / Extra articular manifestation 4. Patients had received Methotrexate and/or other DMARDs within 01 month prior to enrolment 5. Pregnant and lactating women
