Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic subjects with rounded shoulders having acromion distance of more than 2.6cm Students with or without associated forward head and thoracic kyphosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any known case of shoulder, cervical or thoracic regions, fractures, trauma or any painful conditions. Diagnosed with balance disorders Exhibiting functional or structural scoliosis Previously taken-up exercise therapy for rounded shoulders
