Intervention1: Group B: In group B,15 patients will be given Pramehhahar guggulu in the dosage of 500 mg 2 vati thrice a day after meal with luke warm water for the duration of 60 days.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both freshly detected and previously diagnosed cases of Diabetic nephropathy. Patients with a clinical positive history of only type 2 DM having clinical features of Diabetic nephropathy like albuminuria, raised serum creatinine and blood urea will be included. Patients with microalbumin >=30 and Patients diagnosed with First and second grade of Diabetic nephropathy will be included. Patients with s.creatine >=1.4 and Patients with eGfr >=60 and
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient aged below 18 years and above 65 years, pregnant ladies. Patients with type 1 DM will be excluded. Patients with macroalbumin that is >=300 mg/24 hour urine sample will be excluded. Patients with an eGFR (glomerular filtration rate) less than 60 ml/min/1.73m2. Patients with serum creatinine level above 5 mg/dl. Female patients having pregnancy, lactating or post-delivery period. Patients suffering from HIV, TB other infectious diseases, malignancies, major psychiatric problems or any other serious illnesses. Patients with uncontrolled blood pressure will be excluded.
