Inclusion criteria: Age : 12 â?? 75 years Fever and arthralgia (less than 14 days) Interested in participation (with consent) Willing to return for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with any disease in last one month Pregnant Imuno-compromised (Example: HIV, under cancer chemotherapy etcâ?¦,) Malnourished (under-weight respective to age)
