Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unoperated cases No associated syndromes and systemic illness Moderately to well nourished healty babies Complete unilateral cleft lip and palate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Syndromic,malnourished and systemically ill babies Patients/guardians who are not willing to go through the procedure Patients more than 6 week of age
