Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling criteria of American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) of Classes I/ II/ III. Patients undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries. Patientâ??s giving consent willingly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA CLASS IV & V. Patient refusal. Allergy to study medications, infection at the site. Anatomic abnormalities, coagulation disorders. Inability to comprehend or participate in pain scoring system.
