Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) School children of either gender 2) Age range: 8-13 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with recent hospital admissions or having any acute illnesses. 2) Children with a history of low birth weight, respiratory distress and developmental delays. 3) Children with any neurological disorders, respiratory conditions, acute musculoskeletal conditions, circulatory system diseases. 4) Children with any existing condition that does not allow them to perform the exercise test used to determine CRF.
