Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Agree to alter their lifestyle and willing to follow up. Are aged 40 - 65 years of either gender. Radiological /clinical grade 1, 2, 3 KOA as per KL scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone or due for surgery Patients having significant deformity or co-morbidities had any organic disease contraindicating participation Excessive obesity (BMI >40)
