Intervention1: Lasundai ghrita oral Lasunadi taila uttarbasti: Lasundai ghrita 6gm BD with meal by oral route for 3 months and Lasundai taila Uttarbasti by uterine route 3-5ml after cessation of menst

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Married female patients of reproductive age (age-group 20-40 years) with the husbandâ??s normal Semenogram. 2. Female having complain of failure to conceive with one or more years after regular unprotected coitus. 3. Primary & secondary both types of infertility will be included for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering form acute and chronic medical and systemic disease like jaundice, hypertension, diabetes mellitus,T.B.,Heart disease. 2.patient having congenital anomaly,chromosomal defect. 3.patient having immunological disorder. 4.secondary infertility with bad obstetrics history. 5.excluding male infertility.
