Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 20-65 years Unilateral distal extension edentulous site having one or more missing teeth Distal extension edentulous site with opposing natural dentition or presence of fixed partial denture or presence of implants prior to the study are included Patients who are willing and are capable of undergoing conventional implant surgery Patient with adequate bone for placement of implant Patients willing to comply with study requirements
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with poor oral hygiene Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease Patient with severe bruxism or clenching habits Active inflammation or infection at the intended implant sites Pregnant and lactating women Patients with neuromuscular disorder Patients with TMJ disorders Smokers Patient with radiotherapy to head and neck
