Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age above 18 years -Patients having both truncal varicosities with perforator incompetencies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Presence of deep vein thrombosis -Patients unfit for surgery/anaesthesia -Patients unwilling for the surgery -Patients with deep venous reflux.
