Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (aged between 18 and 60y) of either sex and American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II, undergoing any surgery of more than 2h duration under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation will be recruited in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientsâ?? refusal 2. Pregnancy 3. Patients undergoing emergency surgery. 4. Patients with any pre-existing lung diseases 5. Patients with any pre-existing neurological diseases 6. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases
