Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant woman aged 18-49 years. 2 Pregnant women whose husband or other family member have mobile phone. 3 Pregnant woman registering during first trimester of pregnancy will be eligible for enrollment. 4 Residents living in Uttrakhand and registered in eligible couple register
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Those who are not willing to participate/ providing informed written consent in the study. 2 Those who register after first trimester. 3 Seriously ill at the time of registration 4 Bad obstetric history
