Intervention1: Cortical implant: Cortical implants used will be BCS implants-2.6/14-17mm Control Intervention1: Conventional Implants: Conventional Implants used will be Slim line- 2.8/14mm .

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radio graphic imaging (CBCT and RVG) of the area of interest showing sufficient residual bone volume to receive two or more adjacent implants of 2.8mm or 2.6mm in diameter and 17.0 mm in length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Para â?? functional habits Smoking of more than 10 cigarettes per day History of any systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, bleeding disorder, osteoporosis, unstable or life-threatening conditions. Localized radiotherapy or chemotherapy of the oral cavity. Patients on medication (e.g.: patients on bisphosphonates).
