Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radio graphic imaging (CBCT and RVG) of the area of interest showing sufficient residual bone volume to receive two or more adjacent implants of 2.8mm or 2.6mm in diameter and 17.0 mm in length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Para â?? functional habits Smoking of more than 10 cigarettes per day History of any systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, bleeding disorder, osteoporosis, unstable or life-threatening conditions. Localized radiotherapy or chemotherapy of the oral cavity. Patients on medication (e.g.: patients on bisphosphonates).

Early wound healing index (EWHI) RADIO LOGICAL ASSESSMENT Pre-operative: CBCT and RVG for assessment of quality and quantity of bone and anatomical landmarks. Post-operative: RVG PRIMARY IMPLANT STABILITY ASSESSMENT Insertion torqueTimepoint: CLINICAL PARAMETERS Plaque index (PI) Modified sulcular bleeding index (MSBI) Probing peri-implant depth (PPD) - at end of 1 week,3 months and 6 months after implant placement Early wound healing index (EWHI) at end of 1 week implant placement RADIO LOGICAL ASSESSMENT Pre-operative: CBCT and RVG for assessment of quality and quantity of bone and anatomical landmarks. Post-operative: RVG at 1 week ,3 months and 6 months for marginal bone loss.
