Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical Setting- The study group should have subjects working in hospital setting for at-least one year. The study group should not be exposed to antibiotics for at least 2-4 weeks before the sample has to be collected. The study group must have subjects aged >18years. Non-Medical Setting- The study group should have subjects working in non-medical setting or anywhere else in close relation with hospital. The study group should not be exposed to antibiotics for at least 2-4 weeks before the sample has to be collected.
