Intervention1: Panchamooladi basti: Valuka Swedana- for 7 days 20 minutes per day. Deepana Pachana- Shunthi churna in the dose of 3gm twice a day orally for 7 days. Kosthashudhi with Eranda taila Ora

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .Age between 25 yrs.and 60 yrs. 2. Duration of the disease: 1yr to 10 years. 3. Gender: Both male and female 4. Socio- economic status: All 5.Subjects having classical features of Amavata like angamarda aruchi trishna hrillasa gaurava jwara shoola shotha. 6.The subjects who will fulfill the revised criteria for rheumatoid arthritis fixed by American Rheumatism Association.2010

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronicity of more than 10 yrs. 2. Severe crippling deformity. 3. Pregnancy and lactation. 4. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
