Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of one or more of the following at birth: 1.Apnea or gasping 2.Poor muscle tone or limp 3.Meconium stained amniotic fluid 4.Before starting positive pressure ventilation 5.Baby having difficulty clearing secretions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major congenital malformation 2.Fresh stillbirth
