Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All pregnant women of 11-14 weeks of Gestational age attending for antenatal checkup 2. Pregnant woman who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre Existing chronic renal disease 2 .Chronic Hypertensive Patients 3. Patient using anti hypertensiveâ??s 4. Multiple pregnancy (twin, triplets, quadruples)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to follow up all cases and detect pre eclampsiaTimepoint: to follow up all cases at 4 weeks intervals till delivery and detect pre eclampsia

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of pre eclampsia with respect to the levels of PAPP-ATimepoint: Every 4 weeks till delivery, BP will be recorded. The hypertension if present will be categorized as mild if more than 140/90 and severe if more than 160/110 and correlation will be made with respect to PAPP A levels
