Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who are willing to participate in the study 2) Individuals with bilaterally impacted teeth which falls under same Pell and Gregory classification. 3) Male and female patients of age 18-55 years. 4) Individuals under ASA I
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Reported allergy to any of the products used in the study 2)Individuals with any uncontrolled systemic disease 3)Individuals with severe acute infections 4)Individuals with chronic substance abuse 5)An unwillingness to participate in the study 6)Pregnant or lactating females

Timepoint: Latency measured as the time elapse from full needle withdrawal until the onset of subjective signs of anesthesia will be recorded.
