Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 2-12 years 2. Patients scheduled for elective upper limb surgery (below elbow) 3. ASA Status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal by Parents 2. Known allergy to local anaesthetics 3. Local site infection 4. Bleeding diathesis
