Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of either sex above 40 years of age 2.patient having record of cpoag medication for last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CPOAG patients admitted in emergency department. 2. Critically ill patients requiring urgent medical attention. 3. Patients having visual acuty 3/60 4.Patients suffering from Alzheimerâ??s, Parkinsonâ??s or any other mental illness. 5.Patient not willing to give consent
