Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate (VAS 3 months) musculoskeletal leg pain Occupation with prolonged standing ( >1 hour continuously or >4 hour per day) Ability to understand and follow instructions English literacy Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe pain with VAS > 7.5 Arthritis Leg pain due to neurogenic or vascular causes Known cases of vascular disease in leg (venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial disease, DVT etc.) Known cases of ischemic vascular -disease, pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure. Sensory impairment in lower limb Factors affecting skin integrity (Infection, wound etc.) Massive edema or extreme deformity of the leg; Pregnancy
