Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged between 21-45 years 2 Patients with classical signs of asrigdara i.e, Excessive blood loss during menstruation Prolonged blood loss during menstruation 3 Patients with menorrhagia i.e, Bleeding more than 7days Excess in amount ( >80ml) Or both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with IUCD 2 Polyp 3 Fibroid 4 Post menopausal bleeding 5 Coagulatory disorder 6 Bleeding due to abortion •Pregnancy
