Inclusion criteria: patient have the complaints of 1.Pakkavatham (Storke) 2.Keelvayu(Arthritis) 3.karappan(Eczema)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 15 years Age above 80 years patient who is not willing for given urine sample
