Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders male and female Age more than 18 years Duration of ICU stay more than 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on high dose sedation who are not responding to any stimuli Atherosclerosis in some other vascular bed e.g Coronary, Carotid Subclavian Mesenteric artery stenosis Renal abdominal aortic aneurysm Congestive cardiac failure Poor GCS Patients on high dose of inj vasopressin support Uncontrolled Diabetic Mellitus (Hba1c >8.5 Uncontrolled hypertension SBP > 200 & DBP >110 Lower limb amputation cast and slab
