Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients of either sex within age group of 20-60 years. 2. All patients with clinical manifestation of Bahupitta Kamala. Irrespective of Age and sex. 3. The serum bilirubin level >2mg/dl and <20mg/dl will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age below 20 years and above 60 years. 2) Patients having malignancy suffering from AIDS. 3) Patients with acute alcohol withdrawal state, intoxication, hepatic encephalopathy. 4) Serum bilirubin more than 20 mg/dl. 5) Pregnant and lactating mother, hyperbilirubinemia due to congenital causes. 6) Obstructive pathology, liver abscess, liver cirrhosis and HBs Ag positive patients.

To determine the Efficacy of Lauha Bhasma Yoga in Bahupitta Kamala.Timepoint: Follow Up at the end of every week (7th, 14th, 21st) & Written and informed consent will be taken.—

To See the effect of Lauha Bhasma Yoga in Bahupitta Kamala & To see the effect of Lauha Bhasma Yoga in Comparison with Nishottar Churna.Timepoint: Follow Up at the end of every week (7th, 14th, 21st) & Written and informed consent will be taken.—
