Inclusion criteria: patient having symptoms of varatidast samsthana shotha and kandu.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of diabetes mellitus. urticarial associated with other skin disease patient having insect bite urticarial. patient who is already on any kind of medication.
