Exclusion criteria: 1-Age below 18 years and above 70 years 2-Post traumatic injury 3-Dislocation / fracture of shoulder 4-Shoulder hand syndrome 5-Rheumatoid arthritis/SLE 6-Infective condition 7-Gastroduodenal ulcer 8-Pregnancy & lactating women
