Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients with renal stone being planned for RIRS during the study period b) Age 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Presence of active urinary tract infection b) Presence of renal malformation such as malrotated kidney, horseshoe kidney, ectopic kidney c) Presence of associated ureteric stricture d) Patients with ileal conduit, orthotopic neobladder, continent cutaneous diversion e) Renal stones in transplant kidney f) Uncorrected coagulopathy g) Pregnant women h) CKD patients (serum creatinine > 2mg/dl) i) Not willing to give the consent for the study

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of UAS on stone free rate(SFR) at 1 month following RIRS for renal stone.Timepoint: To evaluate the effect of UAS on stone free rate(SFR) at 1 month following RIRS for renal stone.

- 1. To evaluate the effect of UAS on perioperative complications of RIRS 2. To evaluate the effect of UAS on duration of RIRS Timepoint: 1. to evaluate any SIRS/ UTI/ hematuria/pain in the postoperative period. 2. to measure intraoperative time and any ureteric injury after the procedure
