Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient receiving mechanical ventilation for atleast 24 hr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 year Tracheomised patients Overwhelming secretion Out of protocol extubation Participants in other trails
