Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically and radiologically diagnosed patients of non-specific low backache 2.Pain intensity of 5/10 or more on VAS scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Spinal stenosis, Lumbar spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, Compression fracture, Tumour, Infection 2.Autoimmune diseases: Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis. 3.Apparent spinal deformity like Kyphosis, scoliosis, Lordosis etc 4.Unstable, bed ridden and mentally retarded patients 5.Patients having local wound and severe infection 6.Patients with co-morbidities such as renal, cardiac and pulmonary diseases
