Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to CCU with sepsis as defined by sepsis 3 guidelines 2016 ,updated in 2018 with arterial and central line in situ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute liver failure,Use of metformin, History of seizures in the past 24 hours
