Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with periodontitis. Systemically healthy condition. Presence of pocket depth more than or equal to 5 mm. Radiographic and intra-bony component more than or equal to 3 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of periodontal surgical treatment within last 6 months. Smokers. Lactating, pregnant women.
