Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agreed for participation in the study. 2. ASA physical status 1 and 2. 3. Calculi present in the middle and lower ureter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. ASA Grade 3 and above. 3. Calculi present in upper ureter

To compare Spinal anaesthesia and General anaesthesia with respect to analgesia, surgeons ease of operability and complications.Timepoint: From induction to 24 hours post operative period.
