Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I and II . 2. Both males and females between 18 to 65 years. 3. BMI of � 20 to �35 kg m -2. 4. Elected for fistula in ano surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with deranged coagulogram and hemogram. 2. Pre-existing local infection at the site of saddle block. 3. Contraindication or allergy to bupivacaine, ropivacaine and diclofenac. 4. Patients unstable hemodynamically. 5. Patients having pain in any other area other than surgery site. 6. Refusal by the patient. 7. Patient having sensory or motor problem in the lower limb. 8. Pregnant and lactating females. 9. Patients who fail to follow VAS scoring.
