Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with periodontitis. Systemically healthy participants are included. Pocket Probing depth >5mm and > 3mm radiographic intrabony defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Usage of tobacco in any form Pregnant/lactating women. Poor oral hygiene and failure to comply with protocol History of periodontal surgical treatment with in last 6 months. Usage of medications which interfere with healing of periodontium
