Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy proven non metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx 2. Karnofsky Performance Status ââ?°Â¥ 80 3. Patient fit for concurrent chemotherapy 4. Patientââ?¬•s willingness to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. Previously treated cases of carcinoma oropharynx (with Surgery/Chemotherapy/radiation)

a)To determine incidence of HPV p16 positive cases of carcinoma oropharynx registered in the department of radiotherapy of our institute. b) To analyze difference in the local control and overall survival in HPV p16 positive and negative patients when stratified in accordance to AJCC 7th and 8th staging system. Timepoint: Assesement done at yearly basis
