Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all the patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome coming to obstetrics and gynaecology outpatient department,kasturba hospital,manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women with pregnancy,hyperprolactinemia,thyroid dysfunction,multivitamin supplementation,on metformin medication

Serum levels of nutritionally important macro and micro minerals will be analysed in different phenotypic classification of PCOS and correlated with associated disorders like in infertility,glucose intolerance,insulin resistance,hypertension,obesity, and also determining the correlation of mineral levels with AMH(Anti mullerian hormone) levels in infertility patients Timepoint: 8th and 12th weeks
