Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primi or multi-gravid women 18-45 years of age between 12-20 weeks of gestation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing hypertension, diabetes mellitus, auto-immune or renal diseases, multiple pregnancy, pregnancy with congenital malformation, and women on low-dose aspirin.
