Intervention1: dentin graft: dentin has similar chemical structure to bone,the dentin of the extracted tooth will be converted into powder form and used as bone graft in the extraction socket.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring mandibular third molar extractions. 2.Patients with good oral hygiene. 3.Patients with ASA class I , ASA class II 4.Patients with good compliance, who are willing to participate in the study and return for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Alveolar ridge associated with pathology 2.Grossly decayed tooth 3.RCT treated tooth 4.Patients who have undergone radiation and chemotherapy within 12months 5.Patients with poor oral hygiene 6.Medically compromised patients 7.Patients on immunosuppressant’s and corticosteroids 8.Pregnant / lactating women 9.Patients who are unable to provide informed consent
