Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with bilateral teeth extraction 2) Male and female patients of age 18-50 years 3) Individuals under ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Reported allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the products used in the study which include Allergy or hypersensitivity to : 1. Silver 2. Paracetamol (Painkiller) 2) Patients with severe acute infections 3) Patients having a habit of smoking and consuming alcohol 4) Women who are pregnant or lactating 5) An unwillingness to participate in the study
