Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult males of age between 18-35 2.Smokeless tobacco use of minimum one year 3. >5 in Fagerstroms test for nicotine dependency-Smokeless tobacco questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.diagnosed diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, 2.Low and moderate nicotine dependence persons 3.smokers or smoking with smokeless tobacco users
