Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 20-50 years. 2. Males and Females both are included in this study 3. Decreased Dorsiflexion ROM 4. Pain in calf muscles 5. Myofascial trigger points in calf muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Myofascial trigger point injections 2.Acute trauma 3.Ankle fracture 4.Surgery history
