Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male student between 18-25 years 2. Body mass(kg) 60-70 kg 3. Height 1.68-1.80 m.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hamstring injury at least for the past one year 2. Back pain for past 6 month 3. Unhealed fracture 4. Ligament injury in the lower extremities for the past 6 month. 5. Acute inflammatory disease of lower extremities 6. Hyper mobility of lower extremities
