Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-specific low back pain(Absence of a specific diagnosis) 2. Duration of pain more than three months 3. Intensity of pain in VAS more than 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. specific causes of low back pain 2. pathological conditions of spine 3. Features of radiculopathy 4. Inflammatory disorder ( Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc) 5. Features of malignancy 6. The presence of neurological deficits i.e loss of sensation, muscular paralysis and bladder bowel problem 7. Subjects who has difficulties in performing exercises due to mental problems or lack of understanding.
